Opal Beauty
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "GTC/GTU") govern all sales concluded via the Opal Beauty website, as well as the use of the site by any user.
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC/GTU.
Article 1 – Personal information & confidentiality
When placing an order, Opal Beauty collects certain personal information necessary for its processing: last name, first name, postal address, email address, and delivery information.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, or operating system may also be collected for statistical purposes and to improve user experience.
Collected data is strictly confidential and is never resold to third parties.
Article 2 – Orders
Any order placed on the Opal Beauty website is confirmed by sending a summary email after payment validation.
Opal Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of an existing dispute with the customer, non-payment of a previous order, or suspicion of fraud.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery fees.
Opal Beauty reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
However, the price charged will be that displayed at the time of order validation.
Any customs fees, local taxes, or import duties remain the responsibility of the customer.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment is made online securely via the Stripe platform, in compliance with European security standards.
Accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Bank details never pass through the Opal Beauty site and are fully encrypted by the payment provider.
Article 5 – Delivery
Opal Beauty offers home delivery or relay point delivery depending on the options available when ordering.
Delivery times include order preparation time and transit time by the carrier.
A tracking email containing a tracking number is sent to the customer upon order shipment.
Article 6 – Returns, refunds, and right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Exception:
For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that are opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded.
Sale products or products purchased with a promotional code are neither exchanged nor refunded.
Article 7 – Warranties
All products sold by Opal Beauty are new and benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with current legal provisions.
Article 8 – Personal data protection
Opal Beauty implements strict security measures to protect its customers' personal data.
The site is secured by an SSL certificate guaranteeing the encryption of exchanged data.
Personal information is kept only for the time necessary to process orders and comply with legal obligations.
Article 9 – Amendments to the GTC/GTU
Opal Beauty reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use at any time.
New versions will be applicable as soon as they are published on the site.
Article 10 – Consent
By placing an order on the Opal Beauty website, the customer acknowledges having read these GTC/GTU and accepts them without reservation.
