All Opal Beauty products are guaranteed new and free from defects. If you wish to return an item, you have 15 days from receipt to send the product back new, unused, in its original packaging with all included accessories. The refund will be issued within 15 business days after receipt of the return. Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Items on promotion or subject to a promotional code are neither exchanged nor refunded.
